The sheriff's authority doesn't come from the constitution, federal OR state. His (or her!) authority comes from the militia of the county, which is all the men capable of bearing arms. Including women when necessary, under male headship. And the men of the county aren't ultimately the source of authority because they aren't to be "loose cannons" in matters of defense, but are to look to their Maker for all their powers. Any unwilling to be under Divine authority must be as children, incapable of their own defense.

We are seriously organizing to stand with our sheriff in Butler County, Pa. We are teaching our sheriff about his true power and about the Constitution and his oath to uphold it.
