Already passed in MT and TN. Odds are that the courts will rule against it - but will people still have the courage to resist even if that happens?

Larry, that's an interesting statement. I haven't heard a peep from the NRA on the FFA. It seems to me that these big gun rights organizations are more interested in national "solutions" which will never get anywhere - instead of an effective state-level move like is happening with the firearms freedom act.

It is clear the NRA does not support the firearms Freedom act, we neen not know the way, we only need to know the NRA has lost it' way to protecting all gun rights

Leave the NRA and Join the GAO if you want to support a rel pro gun group

As stated by Executive Cox NRA do not expect any help from the NRA per the firearms freedom act,

It's definitely going to be interesting to see where this all leads. I think a good start is this effort to roll back an out of control vision of the commerce clause..

Will our protected guns have to be manufactured in SC? Why not get rid of 23-31-715 part-(4), what if I want the same fire power abilty as our military counterparts? I do love to see our state standing up for it's rights and enforcing the U.S. Constitution.

This is starting out like the Tenth Amendment resolutions did. Although the momentum seems to be growing more quickly with regard to this one.

This is getting big. So far my count is 7 states; Montana, Texas, Utah, Tennessee, Alaska, Minnesota, and South Carolina. It will be interesting to see what these states do if the Supreme Court strikes the FFA down...
