This resolution has passed both the house and senate(although the senate apparently watered it down some) and has been forwarded to the secretary of state. This is a BIG step for ND, as ND is the "make no waves" state, but ND citizens, not just those of us in the western half of the state who are always irritated by the Federal Govt intrusion, have had enough. Our legislature finally grew a spine. It feels good to be a North Dakotan nowadays.
