"In fact, from 1937-1995 the Supreme Court didn’t rule one single congressional act to be outside of their constitutional limits. "

Untrue. The Court did so at least 9 times during this period:

Bolling v. Sharpe (1954) 1862 statute establishing segregated schools in the District of Columbia
United States v. Brown (1965) Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 provision barring current or former communists from labor union office.
Shapiro v. Thompson (1969) District of Columbia law establishing one-year residency requirement for welfare benefits.
Oregon v. Mitchell (1970) Voting rights for eighteen-year-olds in state elections; overturned by Twenty-sixth Amendment.
Frontiero v. Richardson (1973) Gender-based benefits provision for members of armed forces; first of several sex discrimination rulings in benefits cases.
Buckley v. Valeo (1976) Federal Election Campaign Act of 1974 provisions limiting spending by political candidates and establishing Federal Election Commission with congressionally appointed members.
National League of Cities v. Usery (1976) Fair Labor Standards Act provisions extending wage and hour coverage to state and local government workers; overturned in 1985 (Garcia v. San Antonio Metropolitan Transit Authority).
Immigration and Naturalization Service v. Chadha (1983) Legislative veto provisions of Immigration and Nationality Act; ruling deemed to apply to similar provisions in as many as 200 statutes.
United States v. Eichman (1990) 1989 flag desecration statute.

You are absolutely correct and it is the people of these states that are going to have to inform each other on actions to take. But this is not the activity that we see at all and as far as I am concerned this comes from our own lack of foundation or tools from which to decide from.
I have personally been advocating the reading and understanding of the Declaration of Independence for use in choice making skills. It has been slow, arduous and moving at a snails pace. But those that do get it, you should see their eyes light up and this is why is has been encouraging for me. The other is I am not focused only on this activity thus I fit it in. Some how the idea of sharing the idea of living and not living does not make a lot of sense to me because I only teach as well as I learn and I learn by living. Getting others to realize it is the experiences we learn from and are able to empower our choices with and all things take place by such an act.

And those little “smart meters” can be used against them when we are informed to do so because the internet is an empowering tool where resources can be sought without lots of foot work. All we have to do is learn to use it proper.

Very True Michael, good observations supersedes the thinking process hands down. The actions and results of Big Government are definitely what they are and they will always protect their interests and not the interests of the people and and some of us know why. The decision is key and theirs is hell bent on expanding power over by all activity. I tend not to question myself on what is very visual and I wish a lot more would use such a practice to grow our cause, A Republic which can only be with limited Government.

I love the statement at the end (although I will not be attending) “you won’t just be educated. You’ll be empowered.”

Knowledge is power and choices supreme. I wish more understood this capacity.

Thank you for a good honest statement, its always a pleasure sir.

While it's true that the states must stop this, what's going on at the state, city, town, and county level is traitorous as well. The presence of ICLEI/Agenda 21 that infests so many of our local governments (all the way to the top) will insure that any power that we THINK we have will be blocked by these vile slime. They're taking away property rights at an astounding rate and that means our individual rights. They are driving people off their farms and out of their homes. They killing us with wireless "smart meters" and so far, little, if anything can be done to rectify this most egregious assault on us.
