I think the effectiveness of resisting Real ID is going to give a little extra courage on other issues as well.  It could be just the beginning...]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[This is not really a good thing insofar as legislatures keep focusing on the &#039;unfunded mandate&#039; concept. If the feds fund REAL ID, would these guys suddenly comply? Enough of this. The problem with REAL ID isn&#039;t that it&#039;s unfunded; it&#039;s that it&#039;s unconstitutional and Orwellian. The legislatures need to tell the feds to go pound salt, period.]]></description>
