Now for the Governor. I don’t think he supports it. Its time to contact his office and demand he sign it or be voted out.

I am happy to report that the Senate State and Local Government committee here in the great state of Ohio did hold hearings on SCR13 in review to pass on to the general assembly for a vote. This hearing was held to allow testimony in favor of this bill. 10 citizens, including myself attended and where allowed to spend a full hour and a half on this issue. UPDATE: SCR-13 is scheduled for it’s first hearing on Tuesday, June 16 before the Senate State & Local Government & Veterans Affairs Committee.

I think you missed the point…..its too late,nothing the taxpayer does will have an effect..Do you honestly think they listen to emails,and these types of websites.They certainly don’t listen to these State complaints.Obama and Congress have an agenda,there is no way to stop them,because they dont honor the US Constitution anymore.So if you think your doing some good…then fine.I cant think of anything I can do….except…Jim G

Jim – the constitution is dead as long as people sit around and do nothing.

These resolutions are an important first step toward liberty….and it’s going to be a long, long process if the whole house of cards doesn’t collapse on itself first.

Sitting around and doing nothing “until they try to take our guns” isn’t going to help….and neither is calling for people to engage in violence.

Why don’t you try doing something – anything – positive…..today? Something, instead of waiting for a shootout?

I couldn’t be happier about this! Long overdue. I was about to get a Tshirt printed to say: Posted No Trespassing on my Inalienable Rights. One of the reasons people put such signs on property is to prevent Adverse Possession, a process by which one can take property from another by using another person’s land by hostile intent or without permission. Since our rights are derived from property, or something that is owned, we have to uphold our rights so that others cannot assume they own our property. “Don’t Tread on Me!” has long been the battle cry, and a good one it is. A No Trespassing Tshirt might also do the trick. It speaks for itself.
