That’s what a mainstream media report in Wired called the Nov. 19th Utah hearing on our bill to turn off water to the NSA. “What’s noteworthy is no one on the panel said: ‘Hey, wait a minute, we can’t do this.'”

The establishment doesn’t want us to nullify. But we’re doing it anyway.  Can you pitch in today to help us spread the word about nullification? HERE: http://tenthamendmentcenter.com/stand

On November 4, 2014 – when the people of Arizona voted to approve Proposition 122 – I knew something historic was in the works. Here is part of what they passed:

PERMITS THE STATE TO EXERCISE ITS SOVEREIGN AUTHORITY BY RESTRICTING STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO PURPOSES THAT ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES.

If, when the TAC first started in 2006, I had told people that any state would take these steps. I would have been laughed out of the room.

These steps did happen. Just last month.

While one vote in Arizona and one bill in Utah will not turn things around on their own, together, they represent a powerful step forward. And this is only just the beginning of what we can do together.

BUT I NEED YOUR HELP
http://tenthamendmentcenter.com/stand

I know that if we’re going to keep having victories like these, TAC needs to get out of the echo chamber.  The path forward requires that we start aggressively reaching new people.

If you visit http://tenthamendmentcenter.com/stand you’ll see our plan for how we’re going to reach and teach 150,000 people about nullification.  150 Thousand in 6 months.  We’re already at point B. That will get us to point C. We will reach those goals. And from there, we’ll go to 250,000, 500,000 and beyond.

Our opponents aren’t laughing at us so much anymore.  They’re calling us racists, or terrorists, or dangerous radicals. That just means we’re over the target.

Nullification author – and friend – Tom Woods once said that we’ve done more than “anyone in the world” to advance nullification. Now it’s time to turn it up another notch so someday Tom will say – “TAC has done more than anyone in the world ever believed you could.”

I believe it.  Ideas are bulletproof, and with your support these ideas can move mountains.

THANK YOU for standing with us. We couldn’t do any of this without you.

P.S. Whether you’re able to give $5 or $5000 – every single penny counts.  TAC isn’t like those big organizations with high salaries, fancy offices, or expensive parties – we work, we work hard, and we stretch every dollar further than most people can believe.

Please dig in and give as much as you can.
