Big government , which is now a corporation, and its media voices are totally owned and manipulated by hugely wealthy corporations which are now "human-beings" who legally enjoy the privileges but none of the responsibilities we flesh and blood beings once (thought we) enjoyed as American citizens. Our new "human" brothers will not only continue to "legally" corrupt our monetary system but also our elections via purchasing those elections thus the indebted votes to pass laws in their favor over those representing the will of the people. This will continue tas they, and only they, can afford to hire very well paid lobbyists who will keep the funds pouring into their "corporate welfare" coffers. Corporate welfare will never be "on the table" for cuts as a result. How is this accomplished right under our noses? By lulling the dumbed down citizenry into chasing after fake demons created by them to distract and divide. What a clever scheme! Welcome to the plutocracy!!

this is all a magnificent group of people and i know their heart is in the right place, im 100% behind the oath keepers, the freedom fighters and patriots alike, BUT there is ONE HUGE MISTAKE they all make that hinders any forward REAL progress twards a free society, STANDING. the 14th amendment to the constitution put ALL of us into a DEBTOR position in a bankruptcy. we were instantly made "employees" to a private corporation known as THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. all verifiable. in this position it took our freedom to do anything as 'we the people'. we became "residents" and "citizens" and not Owners or the People. without lawful standing these groups of brave people are like McDonalds cashiers trying to demand from and overthrow the district managers and say that the franchise president has no birth certificate. make a little more sense? A proper 9th amendment proclamation is all it takes to inhabit your DOMICILE of choice, the de jure, constitutional republic, and remove yourself from being a "citizen" of the corporation and than you have standing to lawfully and peacefully tell the oppressive congress to go kick cans!! just my oppinion. god bless and many free years to everyone!!

I am impressed with the people involved in this group such as Mr. Woods and the ex Governor of the State of New Mexico Mr. Gary Johnson, citizens who understand and believe in the Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States of America as visioned by the Founder's which stated that those Rights not granted to the Federal Government are assumed by the people of the States. Too many agencies and yes, even czar position that have been invented by the Presidents of both political parties and are totally unconstitutional acts and need to be brought to a halt from this point in time on. We need to remain ever vigilant from this time in history and on as our Founder's have stated from the very beginning of the inception of this the greatest country ever conceived by mankind. The PEOPLE are the highest authority in the land. It is WE THE PEOPLE that expresssed themselves against England and every other tyrancy that has challenged our nation. Big government has become the greatest enemy of the people. This battle against tyrany must be prosecuted with all dispatch. Our weapons are two fold. FIRST, a firm and abiding, obedient belief in Almighty God. SECONDLY the ballot. We still can "vote the bums out". This is a battle that we can all join in and win. The key to victory is educating the people in the knowledge of God, and in how our government came to be and how it is to continue, Constitutionally. POWER TO THE PEOPLE is not a communist slogan only, it is a statement of American exceptionalism. PRAY FOR AMERICA............. PLEASE!

One concern I have is that many of the people who are for nullification also want to slash the size of state government and taxes. I want those things too - but if we are going to say no to billions of dollars of Federal aid, and take over responsibility for many things that the Feds handle now don't we have to consider the possibility that state & local governments may have to expand and may need more revenue?

So how do we nullify the patriot act?

"Classic liberal" is nothing like what contemporary liberalism has become, they're pretty much polar opposites. I hope more people realize this and become more careful in their distinctions and labeling of others.

With each passing day, it becomes clearer and clearer that Congress will no longer listen to the people it is supposed to represent. The States MUST take back their rightful authority or we will be slaves in a totalitarian fascist state, from which escape will be difficult, if not impossible. and as the man in the video rightly pointed out, WE are the States, and it is OUR responsibility to undo the damage our years of neglect have allowed to be done.

Good speech....one problem.

There are a MYRIAD of our own citizens that do NOT believe some decisions should be left close to home and especially not to individuals--for them, their issue is to great and justifies force if necessary.

The particular decision depends on the interest...but it boils down the same....someone else should make decisions about cars, food, property, environment, light-bulbs, energy, etc. and for our own good should force us to abide by it...elitism from top to bottom, but elitism none the less.

Put enough of those special interest groups together, with a congressman, government agency and union representing each interest, and together you have the encroaching tyranny we have today.
