Somehow the page shows weird characters all over the text. There are characters such as Euro character, diphthongs a with circumflex accent... if the characters will render when you view this post they look like this:

“

Perhaps is on my end but that makes it difficult to read and even more so to have the computer read it out loud via vocal synthesis.

My guess is that the post was written in a program such as MS Word or similar and there were some characters such as smart quotes, apostrophes, and possibly other "hidden characters" (such as tabs and similar) that weren't visible at the time of a copy-pasting the article into the text field of the publishing interface of this site. I checked across Google Chrome, Safari and firefox on Mac OS and it all exhibit the same issue. I'd suggest to check the document for problems after publishing. Usually this cleanup is automatically done by the publishing UI, but it may depend on the platform and setting used to publish these articles.

On a less technical note, you just gained one reader/viewer... finally I found more who share the same love of the Constitution I have.

Please don't being the "Almight" into this. Separation of church and state. That's why we lose focus of what was written in The Consitution. Use the Bible as a moral compass, use The Consitution as the door way to a Great and Free Country. After that things will fall into place.

Richard, you hit the nail on the head with this:

"America has no greater enemy, foreign or domestic, nor greater criminal offense than a federal official, past or present, who (willfully, or through neglect, bribery, or coercion) undermines the Constitution and violates the Founder’s intent."

And there's been plenty. No matter who's president or what party holds power in Congress, we get the same - government always grows.

No threat to the US Constitution itself, by enemies foreign or domestic, can succeed without the cooperation of treasonous federal officials aiding and abetting them, since only they have legal access to it. Only they can manipulate the laws to remove original safeguards, distort, circumvent, or subvert it.

Only they can usurp authority, strip citizens of God-given rights, minimize sovereignty, weaken our borders, military, and economy, impose financial bondage, advance tyranny, institutionalize secular humanism, legalize socialism, marxism, and fascism, create a militarized police-state, or suggest suspending the Constitution. Only they can destroy the principles of freedom our Founders and Patriots have fought for.

New laws protecting them are unconstitutional and obstruct justice, since no one, especially domestic enemies of the Constitution, can ever be above the law.

The legal actions of every federal official should be scrutinized annually to determine whether they are supportive or destructive of the Constitution. Every enemy within should be identified, indicted, and permanently defeated.

Republics can work. In our case we need two things.
1. A restoration of the Federal Goverment to its proper place.
2. Term limits in all Federal Goverment elected positions and service limits in non-elected positions. Pay rates in all positions should be no more than minimum wage.

Of course getting this done will require an amazing amount of unity and organization from the people. Conservative and Liberal would have to join forces and that, I fear, will be far easier said, than done.

I'd agree that we'd probably be better off without this beast of a federal government. But, holding it to the constitution, if possible, would be pretty good too.

I'm seriously starting to wonder if republics can even work. I think the United States mirrors the Roman Empire, another republic, in bone-chilling ways and we all know how that ended. I think we're heading in the same direction, with a worse outcome.

Further, it's time to take a que from Thomas Jefferson and throw off the shakles of this government and start a new. Our government has crossed the Rubicon and as such our only choice is to start a new one.
