I JUST thought about this exact thing like yesterday. I'm in Philly working temporarily and took the tour of the old Congress Hall and they said how the first words of the Constitution are "Congress shall make no law abridging the right of...." and I was talking to people about how people today think and feel like it's the government who gives us these rights.. but we need to wake up again and realize that the Bill of Rights only says that the Government can't take away our rights, if only for the sole reason that they are inalienable and given to us by God.
