The "Constitutional Authority Statement" that accompanied H.R.1540 stated:

"Congress has the power to enact this legislation pursuant to the following:

The constitutional authority on which this bill rests is the power of Congress to 'provide for the common defense,' 'raise and support armies,' and 'provide and maintain a navy,' as enumerated in Article I, Section 8 of the United States Constitution."

Since the legislation violates several of the Amendments in the document known as the Bill of Rights and these Amendments placed additional restraints or prohibitions on the powers of the federal government (See paragraph 1 of the preamble to the Bill of Rights), these reprobates are asserting that they have the authority to assert this constitutional power to negate subsequent constitutional restraints.

In my opinion, this is an absolute usurpation of power and blatantly unconstitutional because Congress cannot assert a constitutional power to negate or circumvent subsequent constitutional restraints on the exercise of power.

This is partly true it does not apply to me or any other who chooses a Republic way of life, who stands on the Declaration of Independence, who understands the true intent of the Constitution because it goes against actions of supporting life, it goes against the Rule of Law and it goes against the principles I choose and for this reason it does not apply to me. Now can I stop the idiot goons from taking me in, maybe and maybe not depending on my personal defiance of such an act, I could fight to the death and I could die but I would not be subjecting myself to a life of slavery in their little global pen or cage. Defiance is but a choice of mine to take at any choosing.

But this is partially the problem isn’t it, there is far more acceptance to this nonsense than defiance because if you are not defying this activity you are accepting it.
Try deciding not to accept with a willingness to subject yourself to the worst that can possibly happen. My life is better off lived than stepped on.

I don’t consider it a real law and totally false and made up by men who care not for the Republic I choose to live in and I do that by living it in defiance of my enemies and along side those who choose such a way of life. There is only one way of life I am certain of that has limitless terms and I dare not question what I know to be true. My own integrity will guide me.

Ron Paul would be a great example of this, I choose to be honest regardless of the actions they may impose upon me, at least I will have lived to the end in honesty to me. While so many fear death, I don’t, I fear not being able to live life as I choose it and that fear is far stronger than the fear of death itself.

I cannot imagine not being able to create ideas, not being able to test these ideas and not decide my future, this would be no future at all. Maybe we should concentrate far more on being honest with our selves, our way of life in this country and stop all this energy trying to manage something unmanageable. I cannot control them but I can avoid them and watch them starve. I don't have to feed them, I can stop feeding them today by making a simple choice to do so and so can all others. This idea I cannot does not live within me because I know no other holds any more authority over me than I because I hold the only authority over me until I die. And those who think otherwise are lying to them and not to me.

So in essence we give them the power and we give them this authority unless we decide we are not and then they shall parish from starvation and the lack of any such support what so ever. Maybe it is you that should review your choices and stop worrying about all their poor choices. Life is worth deciding for.

Its good to make that picture really clear of why you do what you do, I do it for life and you?
