I wouldn’t blame any single party, either. But it is far more costly to have to continuously nullify than it would be to replace the republi-crat party wholesale with elected officials that would adhere to the Constitution from the get go. And the republi-crat party has taken the last 100+ years proving beyond a doubt that they are not those elected officials.

I am 100% totally for it. It is the perfect answer to the problem of forcing on others what only applies to you. What’s good for folks in NY isn’t necessarily good for folks in Alaska. It only makes perfect sense to let the states handle their own issues.

I agree TAC….but is is this administation that is accelerating Constitutional abuse at light speed. We as Americans are going to have to have our ducks in a row to defeat him. Which means most of us are going to have to sacrifice who we think/know is the best candidate and vote for the one who ends up with the nomination. A third party or write in vote is a vote for the Socialist agenda which is Obama. This is going to be EXTREMELY HARD for some folks to do I’m afraid.
