I take the position that almost nothing these people do is "necessary and proper" Really an interesting interview. thanks for posting it!

Although Rob claims that this far from his finest performance, I think it's an excellent interview and provides a great deal of education on one of the most misunderstood parts of the constitution.

Hope to hear and read more from him on this in the near future.

Can't listen to this while at work, but excited to hear some real constitutional input on this clause, which gets distorted in d.c. all the time!
