		<description><![CDATA[I believe in your Sovereignty Resolutions.  I thought through all of our history that this was already a factor, which was fixed with a solution through the use of the tenth amendments.  I have notice many things that was needed to  be re-enumerated for the cause and purpose of expressing the overall actual problems that are created throughout the societies of every states conditional standards of living.  This has an environmental factor that persists to exist throughout things, which are known and caused by others within the communities whom are the ones who are creating the overall problems of today.  We have to try and fix the small problems and work our way to the bigger problems, because of the fact that small things are the ones whom are causing the problems after things are solved.
