Michael,

Get government out …… is a political issue and the indoctrinated “Will” of the People in a Democracy. There is only one political issue the People in a Constitutional Republic need attention to and can constitutionally correct; the Oath of Office.

A vote cast for any Candidate for any reason other than to honor the Oath of Office is a wasted vote in a Constitutional Republic, in such circumstances the Republic crumbles from within.

Allan:

I wholeheartedly agree that the people need to be educated - maybe that in and of itself is a great reason to get education out of the hands of the government??

Michael,

Thank you for the reply and excellent questions.

The constitutional truth of the matter is the People are obligated to enforce the Constitution, not on themselves but, on government (Officials) and the only constitutional force to enforce the Constitution the People have is the Ballot Box.

Actually voting is working very well and as meant to be in electing (hiring) Lawmakers and has worked very well since 1787. No doubt since 1787 voter fraud in some form or other was practiced, but it is impossible by fraud to elect a majority to the House of Congress. Americans elect or reelect every Member of the House of Congress every two years; reference Article I, Section 2.

In electing Lawmakers it is not the ballot box that is rigged, but the mind of Voters is what’s rigged. Voters know not the Constitutional reason they elect Lawmakers. Voters are led to believe they hire (elect) Lawmakers to do Voters “Will” and nothing could be further from a constitutional truth.

The last paragraph of Article VI clearly states everyone elected to office and all Judges are required to take and Oath to support “this Constitution.”

Seems to me a major problem is that no one comprehends who, or what entity, is obligated to “enforce” that Oath or the constitutional method to do so.
