Our government has gotten so far away from this amendment, many don’t even know it exists. We need more State and Local governments standing up saying, “No, you don’t have the power to do this.”

We need more of these challenges to Federal power. Soon.

I have written Rep. Charles Key of the Oklahoma state legislature several times about his initiative and more recently asking if he would be interested in leading or joining a ’10th Amendment Coalition’ of citizens and legislators who wish to reclaim their Constitutional sovereignty.

I also wrote all the state GOP’s in the Red states to try to generate interest in such Coalition. I urge everyone to join in this effort by writing or running for state office to help enact strong states right policies.
