“It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people’s minds.”
Setting Brush Fires…
Many of you have been asking us how you can get involved and promote the principles of strictly limited, constitutional government that the 10th Amendment stands for.
Here’s what you can do – TODAY:
- Flyers: Protests and other events are happening all over the country – CLICK HERE to request flyers to hand out. They’re free.
- Take the Lead: Don’t wait for someone else to organize a group in support of the Constitution. Use Meetup.com to network with like-minded people – CLICK HERE for more information on starting your own group.
- Current Meetup Groups, help members find you: Add “10th-Amendment” as one of your group’s “Meetup Topics” so people in your area know that you’re working on this issue.
- Newsletter: Pass this link around to your friends and family. When more people are educated about limited government, more real “change” can be effected.
While the Tenth Amendment Center was founded primarily as an educational forum, we recognize that the time to strike is when the iron is hot. Discontent is rising all over the country – whether in response to Bailouts, National ID cards, Foreign Policy, the Economy and restrictions of liberty that span the entire Bill of Rights.
We will continue to do our best to provide you the tools – the education, ideas, action items – and a place to connect with other like-minded people. But, as Sam Adams so rightly said, it’s going to take YOU – dedicated to setting brush fires in the minds of others…
