PART I – CRIMES
CHAPTER 13 – CIVIL RIGHTS
§ 241. Conspiracy against rights
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any inhabitant of any State, Territory, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured –
They shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results, they shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for life.
USE IT Sheriffs! Convene a citizens grand jury in the home counties of all these elected officials and begin the arrests…..

So in more modern and easy to understand English: Whenever the federal government over reaches its power and passes an unconstitutional law (meddling in something the Constitution does not grant them the power to meddle in), then the states have the right and even duty to oppose it.

and still they dont here our founders speak. our country is lost to the lack of history being taught in our schools around our country. we are at a point that it my NEVER be taught, parent he must teach our kids our history as it realy happened. the way we learned it. its not all pretty but its all ours, if we lose it we are nothing and the goverment knows this. people or a country with out a history are NO PEOPLE AT ALL. this is what our goverment did to the American Indiads, this almost killed a hole race of people, but they taught there kids how it was and has always been and just barrly saved there culture in time. this could and will happen again if WE THE PEOPLE dont stop them. good luck GOD bless us ALL
