You mean it has the elusion of freedom in comparison. The NDAA, Patriot Act and Cyber Security are ideas and activities being acted on by deciding who have decided these.

But show me who in this country defies these ideas? Show me who are the decision makers of these states, these communities and each house hold? Where are they?

The Constitution is limits for Government, it is Liberty when applied and unaltered by criminals. The UN is only another form of Government and another form of abuse all run by the same people running this country and giving this illusion.

So yes William you are very correct, but who I ask decides to separate from these poor choices? Who makes the big choices to go the other direction and what direction is that clearly defined?

You know this answer because you did fight fires and like all you had to risk your life in you did what before any act took place? It is time to recognize ourselves and know clearly our choice and our direction and stop pretending. Learn about you as LIFE, understand the Declaration of Independence for what this document really is, become involved locally and educate others. Be a community, be a Republic and make your choices on what you know to be true. That LIfe, Liberty and the Pursuits of Happiness are all we are and all we need to make good choices for ourselves and stop pretending that it is not.

WE are the DECIDING! and we should learn to act in such a manner.

I was a Boy Scout, served in the Navy, and was a volunteer Firefighter for 13 years. The United States continues to be the place people from all over the world come to because of the freedoms and rights we enjoy here. The United States of America does not need to become more like the cruel dictatorships of the United Nations Human Rights Council. The NDAA and the Patriot Act and the Cyber Security Bill should be repealed, we have plenty of laws to protect our Freedoms and Rights with out these and these laws do not protect our Freedoms or Rights, but take them away. We need our Bill of Rights back. The Bill of Rights and our Constitution is what makes us different from dictatorships. It is why people from all over the world want to come here. The Nations of the United Nations Human Rights Council do not support Human Rights or Freedoms or they would give the people of their own countries some human rights and freedoms. The United Nations is for gun control, it is one of the ways they control their people. United Nations Human Rights Council lately has included nations like these: China, Nigeria, Madagascar, Algeria, Egypt, Malaysia, Libya, Kenya, Qatar, Jordan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Saudi Arabia, and Iran. Countries have sought membership of the Commission not to strengthen human rights but to protect themselves against criticism or to criticize others. Jul 6, 2012 – Syria is Running for Seat on UN Human Rights Council and May Win. Odd that the nations in the council have the worst records on human rights and very little personal freedom isn’t it ? Women and children in some of these countries have no rights at all. Their human rights records are horrible and continue to be horrible today. Josef Stalin, former dictator of the USSR and murderer of 30 million people, infamously supported Gun control. Adolf Hitler supported gun control and murdered 7 million people. Chairman Mao suported gun control and was responsible for the death of 70 Million People. Guess where Kim Jong-il stood on Gun Control. Take the arms away from your citizens and you have complete control. If you want to be for Gun Control, you join a list of some of the most evil and murderous dictators of the world. For Socialism to take over in the United States, we will have the same thing here. Hundreds of millions dead and in Concentration Camps, the electrical power grid down, all communications down, all utilities down, transportation impossible, cities in flames, and more than likely a foreign power or NATO with troops here to help us in our hour of need. Socialism is a very cute thing when they teach it in school, in real life through history it has been horrible and continues to be horrible today. It leads to poverty, starvation, and death. In a socialist country, like in a dictatorship, the secret police and Lawyers of the Government are rich and everyone else is poor and the working people and their families do not have Freedoms or Human Rights. I know that is not the way socialism is preached in our schools, that is the way it is in the world. If you live in North Korea, Cuba, or China, you can not post something like this about your nice socialist government or they will come and get you and you will not be heard from again.

Define We the People, is that we the deciding to have a republic or is that the other deciding? Not all of our founders supported US or no alteration to the Declaration of Independence or our constitution would have been altered.

And what the hell is a Republic? Most people I talk to have not one clue, how can you continue something people have no idea about?

The Declaration of Independence was a CHOICE to be made by all who wish to separate and not for some to decide for all. Its the same today, you can decide or you can sit there.

We refuse to acknowledge our corrupt governing bodies in both states and federal thus we refuse to find the real cause. If you want it right then make it clearly defined.

We the deciding who choose a Republic which is a way of life where public listen to each others ideas and achievements that support LIFE, that support LIBERTY and that support Pursuing our Happiness (our achievements by our Republic. We cannot reach what we cannot visualize and pretending will never achieve it.

Decide what this Republic will be clearly. Decide to separate from this corrupt entities, decide how much you value life, Liberty and the pursuing your happiness and then deliver these concepts to completion and then and only then will this achievement we can see and discuss be visible.

As for our constitution, I don’t believe it has withstood the hands of time at all and has been altered, stomped on and disregarded as any value at all but then most don’t realize it really stands for LIBERTY thus we are unable to achieve it.

If we are to get it right then lets get back to our basics and the reason we do a thing, to support LIFE, to do the actions of achieving a Republic (clearly defined) and have the integrity to separate from the corrupt and stand decided for a Republic, otherwise we are waisting good air and print.
