The Constitution was written in the “negative” sense delibertly by the Founding Fathers to make it especially clear that the codification of the people’s GOD given rights could not be altered except by the painstakingly long and tedious method of 3/4 of the several states ledgislatures in the affirmative. Just as now they did not want a petty wanna-be dictator to usurp the people’ rights in a piecemeal fashior. Madison and the others were briliant.

Here we go spilling the beans of the activities surrounding this document and in all the stories told I never hear how the Declaration of Independence is applied towards the decision of this document because in all honesty it is not and that is its entire failure.

The Constitution in essence was to represent or keep in place Liberty by such a limiting for if no limits were kept would there be tyranny. This refusal is our own lack of knowledge of US and our origination the separation from a tyrannical Government. This is what I call the blind leading the blind and in all of history including the Declaration of Independence has there always been evidence of those in full support of the king of Britain, not by what they said but by their actions but no one ever looks there.

The Declaration of Independence is actually the choice document because if we use its ingredients do we make the right choices for our selves. It is how all those in public office are supposed to make amendments or oppose them. It is the deciding factor for all life in a Republic and by not using it are served exactly what we deserve, tyranny.

We were endowed with certain inalienable rights and among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Why were these so important to write down? Among these stating there are many but these 3 were important for what reason? Decision making period because these 3 are the determinations between a Republic (and not a party) or a Democracy (tyranny and Oligarchy). By using these 3 principals because they are the most valuable to us as us period. These 3 when decided as part of any decision are here to support us, to allow us and are a part of who we are.
Each one of us is LIFE (get this through your head) in order to operate freely without tyranny Liberty must be present and this allows us to Pursue our imaginations in support of ourselves which is the creation of happiness. Controlling each other is tyrannical actions and does not allow our communities to sustain at all, so how much happiness is there by these acts?

This document also came with a full set of instructions as well warnings and spelled it out very clearly in it’s original state (many of you should find that and read it) and then learn to apply it to your very own lives.

The tenth amendment will only be and work as good as we apply these principals and when I say we I talk of LIFE and all those who choose to support all life, not just some life.

Where did most of our founders get their educations? The scholarly outlooks and prestige of being on a stage?
Today where have we received ours? If we use observation we learn from all the activities we do and all activities that are around us or we revert back to the days of passing tests and are good boys and girls unable to think for ourselves. WE as a PUBLIC united in a choice to live as A Republic with LIFE as the highest choice and Liberty in protection of such a choice in pursuits of all the dreams we can possibly imagine. Our shortfall is simply by our lack of actions, our lack of foundation and great choice making skills. We are a creation of our own lack of knowledge and not our abundance for the tools have sat before us for 200 plus years and we have yet to utilize them and spend all our time arguing with tyrants that have no desire for the likes of you.

Sometimes we spend a great deal of time concerning ourselves with all the words some spewed outward and forget the actions and we get caught up in their intent to take us off our path. And some have put the most significant articles out here and we refuse to use them because we do not know them and how they apply directly to our lives, but we are learning aren’t we? So please let us make the right choices from this point forward with the correct foundation sternly in place and screw these tyrants which do not view life at all and let LIFE be the deciding factor for all things going forward or live in apathy for as long as you do not decide.

It would also help to repeal the 17th Amendment. Lets have the Senators elected by their State legislatures again.
