Brutus’ concern gives substantive constitutional support to America’s tenth amendment, which is the “supreme law of the land” per article 6, section 2.

As I’ve asked before, “What part of limited government do social progressives not understand?”

The U.S. Supreme Court’s default should be the limiting, not expansion, of federal powers. When centralized policy making is in doubt, SCOTUS should toss it out.

Good article I agree with each point. Perhaps we should proceede by building upon the opt out of medicare expansion with resistance to the individual mandate, particularly in those States who have already declared the thing to be an abomination?
