Any time a president wants to trash parts of our constitution,,,all they have to say is,,,,WELL,,,,Lincoln did it,,,,,and he sure denied the right of Habeas Corpus to about two thousand citizens of Maryland when Md. Was trying to leave the U.S….and they did not get out of prison till After Lincoln was brought to justice for what he did.
