EVENT OVERVIEW
On May 3rd, 2012 – the Tenth Amendment Center and the LA County Republican Liberty Caucus, in association with Oath Keepers CA – present an extremely important event.
This evening of speakers, education and activism will be focused solely on the unconstitutional new powers claimed by the Feds in Sections 1021-1022 of the 2012 NDAA – what we call the “kidnapping provisions”

Truth
NDAA suspends habeus corpus and any other rights you have. This is why it must be nullified by each individual state. But looking at O’s previous record with court instructions he will simply ignore it as he has ignored issuing leases in the Gulf.
NDAA is not the way! Give me back my freedom and rights.
Nullify/Repeal/overturn the SCOTUS error in ‘Wickard v. Filburn’ and we will reduce the Feds ability and overreach; especially the alphabet soup and the czars.
@Brenda M Ross Barack Hitler’Bama can ignore nullifications all he likes, but as more and more states join the fray, his credibility wears down. Hitler’Bama wants to expand into southeast Asia .. let him. He and his band of idiots can’t cover the world and “battlefield America” at the same time.

I’m surprised how many people haven’t heard of the NDAA… One person I asked about it replied with “no, I don’t keep up with that conspiracy theory stuff.” People really need to get informed about dangerous legislation like this. Our country used to be the beacon of freedom and liberty for the whole world, and now it’s legal for our government to put us in military detention and ship us off to Guantanamo Bay? @WilliamTremblay thats because right now the american people completely trust the mainstream news to deliver the truth . i have friends and family who think that the NDAA is nothing but a hoax because they dont see it being reported on TV

Paulista Uprising in Georgia Against NDAA Good news! Georgia’s GOP Congressional District conventions were Saturday the 14th. Here’s some news from the 12th District Convention in Vidalia. We presented two resolutions: one to repeal Section 1021 of the NDAA, and one to End the Fed. Both passed with 95% majorities. We unseated one delegate to Tampa and took that spot for Dr. Paul (one of three) and took one alternate spot for Dr. Paul (also one of three). Here’s what happened:
