Instead of an OR, as Kennedy proposes, we non-leftists should consider an AND; that is, do the two:

1- Throw the bums out of the U.S. Congress and get grassroots-conservatives to replace them, but also adopting term limits for the members of the U.S. Congress and the entire U.S. Judiciary, including the U.S. Supreme Court via a constitutional amendment per Article 5 of the U.S. Constitution. There are Americans of good birth –Americans with a deep sense of patriotic servantship and statesmanship, ans of overall honesty– willing to occupy either elected or non-elected office. E.g., Ed Zschau –a Republican Silicon Valley high-tech industry entrepreneur and Stanford and Harvard management assistant professor (currently creating more high-tech start-ups , and Electrical Engineering professor at Standford)– who served in the early 1980s in the U.S. House of Representatives.

2- Practice nullification by the states as a last resort when a U.S. Court, even if term-limited, commits malfeasance, as Roberts did.

It so happens I agree with you and I recognize it will take much more than paper, it will take good choice making skills, determination, persistence and a well known direction which are all done by training ourselves. Thats right, not by their training but by us training ourselves and there are some very simple basics to be known, to be good at and be determined enough to spark what we have to do so as to deliver such an idea. Let me present to you the first of its kind idea, one you have yet to observe or attempt.

I dare anyone of you to get on board and start this motion. But you will have to want it as bad as I do and I want it bad, I want it because I know I deserve such respect, I want it because I am assured you deserve this much respect. So I say show me, show me what you got folks and I will show you what I have and together we can deliver the exact idea we have so wildly been wishing for such a long time. I am happy to deliver to you today the beginning of Republic training, a concept well deserved and only served by those who are well trained at its delivery, waste no more time and lets begin. I am as ready to start as you show me you are ready to be a part of it.

Read well and deliver your thoughts and may we build what we have desired for far too long.
