I guess independence was not well understood was it? Interesting story but only confirms many of the things I found already. One, Independence was not being recognized as a state of well being. Two, that many in these unions were Dominant and none were aware of their very own purpose.

Now when we look at the results of this history, of the criminal acts before us and the enormous dominance we see being enforced what have we learned?

What I recognized was no foundation of Intent truly existed. We can see this in some of the Religious communities attempting to claim authority to what was written. This has nothing to do with our purpose, the way of life for which we supposedly chose to live nor the very basics it would take to achieve this.
To me it always seems like some always want to be the star of the show and has not one thing to do with purpose at all. I believe this to be the cause of the results we see today but those wanting to be the star will never admit to.

In Truth we had a foundation that was not applied in these discussions nor in these decisions and the effects of such in full view.

"The ratifications of the Conventions of nine States shall be sufficient for the establishment of the Constitution between the States so ratifying the same."
What about the four non-ratifiers? Well Va & NY ratified before the constitution really went into effect, but NC & RI were out of the Union. See the article here.
