We all know the Fed is usurping power and has been since ratification. That's why Jefferson and Madison wrote the nullification analyses. They wanted to show an implied remedy which acted as another "check and balance". My point is: Every discovered usurpation should call for state nullification. It is irrational to expect the Supremes to check Federal power. If the state fails also, jury nullification is next.

These judges aren't stupid , they are communists at heart if not open and above board about it . We need a constitutional amenment prohibiting any progressives , socialists , marxists , communists , fascists ,and all other non-constitutionalists serving in the federal government in ANY capacity that might conflicl with our constitutional republic and constitutional law . When your founding fathers provided the besst government constitution in the world there is no reason for tampering with it . You can't fix what isn't broken .

On the surface article 1, section 8, clause 1, where it states " ... provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States ... ", appears to facilitate the domestic sovereignty of independent states. In other words, by providing a secure environment and overseeing fair interstate and foreign trade, states can enjoy internal prosperity while offering desired public services to their individual residents. As a lay person, that's the way I see it.
