If America's US CONGRESS does not have the EXCLUSIVE power to declare WAR and some stupid UNCONSTITUTIONAL "treaty" that BTW does NOT have ANY power of the US Constitution claims to HAVE THAT POWER, then America has been OVERTHROWN by a FOREIGN POWER. Obama and Bush should have been IMPEACHED, not put in the phony martial law Gold-Fringed Corporate Kangaroo courts. This is ALL for SHOW to go NOWHERE. It's a release valve, not going anywhere. What good will a lawsuit do? The judicial branch has no power over the other branches of government. They can't order the executive or legislative branches to do something even if they rule against their action.

Haha, exactly. When a republican President intervenes in another country and democrats fight it, democrats are considered patriotic and pursuing Constitutional justice. When a democratic President intervenes in another country and republicans fight it, the media portrays it as a partisan agenda.
