I have feared this for quite some time. The "Tea Party" elected officials seem to be, either powerless to stop the status quo, or are themselves now part of the problem.
Our Federal government ignores the US Constitution and the limits it places upon them. Most states fear being cut off from needed Federal funds if they push too hard. Most states won't even address the eligibility issue, much less stopping the unwarranted searches and molestation of American citizen ant airports!
If you remember, a few years ago a Federal report came out about the threat of "home grown terrorism". Who was this really addressing? Home grown radical Muslims or Communists? Maybe not. Was is it their real intention to justify an oppressive Government to keep real Americans and patriots revolting?
