		<description><![CDATA[Property was a huge part of the concept of freedom because if you could not forcibly take something from someone then you had no power over them.  You were then forced to treat that person as an equal and get them to voluntarily hand over their stuff to you.       ]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Unfortunately states like New York have done and abysmal job of protecting the property rights of its citizens and is in fact ranked as the predominant abuser of eminent domain.  The Kelho vs New London decision by SCOTUS only embolden states to rob property owners of their private and commercial property.  Our founders were clear that a basic foundation of our liberty was our right to own and use our property. ]]></description>
