		<description><![CDATA[I honestly don&#039;t know enough about the department of labor, energy, health &amp; human services, etc. to have an intelligent opinion one way or the other, but I agree generally with what Mr. Paul says.  The Federal government has far exceeded its bounds.  I wholeheartedly agree with what he said concerning warfare without official congressional declaration.  The last time the U.S. officially declared war against a country was in World War 2.  That was also our last spectacular victory.  Go figure.  Maybe the founders understood something about the consensus of the majority of the representatives of We the People being necessary to decisively win against an enemy. ]]></description>

And really those concerns could be focused on by regional intrastate councils as well.
