Is it safe to say that you would agree, however, that legalization or prohibition is a matter for Californians to decide for California? You don't actually think that the federal government has any authority under the Constitution to ban pot that is grown, distributed and consumed only inside California, do you?

I have heard it said that "Marijuana has medicinal properties". If this is factual, let it be, under a Physicians care, and prescribed, by said physician. As to "recriational purposes", it could be very dangerous, because, to my knowledge, there is no established limit, or way of measuring such limit.
