		<description><![CDATA[If you read the dictionary definitions of liberty and freedom, they are one and the same.  This is the first article I&#039;ve read in many years that actually makes the distinction between liberty and freedom.  D. James Kennedy described liberty as the opposite of license, defining liberty as the freedom to do that which is good, license that which is evil.  Liberty is for those who are free, license is for slaves. ]]></description>
