		<description><![CDATA[I applaud all efforts at the State level to nullify unconstitional overreaches into reserved powers.  Ultimately, though, I think something more is needed.  Namely, a corrective constitutional amendment leveled at the source, or the supposed source (the one the feds always fall back on), the citizenship and equal protection provisions of the fourteenth amendment.
