Britain is trashing its national ID, reviewing its use of CCT cameras, abolishing prohibitions on public protests and dismantling many of Blair's attempts at imposing a dictatorship on the people of Britain. One upcoming change that we need in this country is that Brits will be able to remove their MPs much more easily between elections. Now, that Britain has been freed from the Bush Nazi agenda, I would like to see this sort of thing happen in the United States.

Also, why isn't the 10th amendment movement pushing the states to clean up the mess in the Gulf? There are a lot of experts in the drilling business who say that this should have been taken care of with many existing technologies. You need to read the reports at worldreports.org about the rampant theft, bribery and corruption fostered by the Bushes, but continued under Obama. Our country has been given to Bush's rich buddies through Executive Orders. Our "intelligence" services have become predators on the financial systems of the world including the one in the US.

We need to remove Obama as an illegal and illicit occupier of that office, expose the breaches of Constitutional procedure and vote theft that put Jr. the Moron into office and render ALL OF THEIR LAWS INCLUDING THE LATEST OBSCENE MONEY GRAB (FINANCIAL REGULATION) before they put everybody in the world into the poor house.

Is it possible to attach biometric data as a search criteria to each of the 50 state's birth certificate databases and set them up so that they can be queried electronically by law enforcement personnel?

If so then the Federal government could set up a 51st database for immigrant and territorial citizens. then any law enforcement personnel need only to obtain the relieve biometric data and uses it to simultaneously search all 51 databases to see if your a citizens, if any of them return true then he know you are.

Strictly speaking in my opinion this is the most forgery free method we can uses as it relays upon an external database which is supposedly unalterable except by legal personnel of the 50 states and the Federal government(for the Federal Data base for immigrants, and territorial citizens).

I would at least find it preferable, to the existing system which seems to rely more heavily on Social security numbers which are all controlled by one central source making it easier to for one group of men abuses any citizens. ( I would prefer 51 baskets to 1). The biometric data/birth certificate rout also doesn't offer a financial intensive to the government to ignore due to there being no money(tax)/obligations(entitlement) tied to to the fact, and the states don't need to give any specific information a simple yes or no answer will do just fine. If people could transfer that data to different state databases there would also be some level of options if the people don't like the management policy of their particular state.

At least that's what I would do, No papers no tracking(they don't need to accept location or otherwise data in the simple search), no 1 party controlling every Americans information.

I was given info on this site from another site (antiwar site I used to visit) by someone using the name greymist (I think thats what it was) and I think it was last year. Well, I think he got banned from that site as well as I did....for no reason except I think he was just too knowledgeable....it was strange. Greymist made more sense to me than a lot of people and I always remembered his very good knowledge of our constitution.

Anyways, it is interesting to see the debate go on about this subject, whether states have the right to do what Arizona is doing.

I understand it completely, but I do worry that it may be a precursor to a national ID.

Well, that is just my two cents worth.
