Having ObamaCare as the line in the sand seems ridiculous. Yes, it's unconstitutional. But, wouldn't it make more sense to show how the foreign adventures of administrations of both parties are tied directly to the income tax. If the soldiers come home, everyone gets to keep 47% of their income. To me, the Defense Department authorization bill is the true "Intolerable Act."

Concerned Citizen: The whole point is to put the law making back to the Congress, not the Judicial system, as it was originally intended. But what good is that if the Congress totally ignores the wellbeing and wishes of the people? This is not a government of the people, by the people, for the people, it is government for the government.

concernced citizen: "The necessary and Proper Clause affords Congress the power to pass laws to carry into execution their expressed powers."

How about we limit that to their ENUMERATED powers? Otherwise their enumeration is meaningless.

The Main objective is make this government OBEY US! How much longer or how many years wasted to get things right in DC? I believe the minute you elect those that head to DC they get their arms twisted, they are warned or threatened to either vote where the money is and not what exactly the American People put their elected Public Servant there for a reason. I have been saying this for years, we can elect for change nothing happens. Money is ruling those so therefore those with the money are the DOMESTIC ENEMY! We cannot afford to let Congress make laws they don't even hold themselves accountable. Their Crimes affect the American People much more than those that are now sitting in our jails for nothing! Let me say this: if the states do not stop this Traitorous Government in DC then whats next? I already know the answer to that. We have been suffering too long. Isn't it about time to be real Patriots? What does that really mean too?

I wish you guys would take a con law class. The necessary and Proper Clause affords Congress the power to pass laws to carry into execution their expressed powers. The Supreme Court has ruled this to be so since 1819 and McCulloch v Maryland. But, I suppose you guys support an activist Supreme Court to overrule nearly 200 years of established rulings. The states aren't soveriegn the people are.
