Those in the political loop (corporations and lobbyists) stack the cards against you. You can't just assume they will stop doing that if we end the class warfare from the bottom. You said, "If the majority of a state wants it, let it be – let them say yes. If they do not, let it be – let them say nay and adopt the doctrine of nullification." However, it's not about whether the majority in a state "wants" a federal law; it's about the constitutionality thereof. States bound by a federal system do not just pick and choose which pieces of legislation they "like" from the federal menu, but they must resist when the general government violates its terms. If nullification is done whimsically on non-constitutional grounds, it, too, is invalid per the Supremacy Clause, i.e. federal laws made *in pursuance of the Constitution* shall be the supreme law of the land.

I'm certainly in the spirit of states' rights, but we have to be clear about what we mean by that.

Additionally, if you want to challenge readers to argue with the data, you should provide it.
