Obama Asks Governors to Commit Sovereignty Suicide

The Federal Government is growing itself at at accelerating speed. As Obama pushes faster and faster he is worried about some states pushing back and that is why he wants to take over the National Guards along with neutering the states ( Executive Order 13528). The states better act now to reestablish the 10th Amendment, because the Federal government is reaching a size that will swallow them.

They can do what ever they want with US citizens under INNTERNATIONAL LAW!! Under the John Warner defense Authorization act and NSPD 51 ; when Nobama declared the H1N1 national emergancy he basicly placed us under a state or defacto martial law anyway. This is jsut a theory of my own buy what I see in the current headlines and what is happening here at home. As for me I believe we are about ot see something really bad in our country, we are in a scary and critical time socially and politically. may advise is prepare for the worst and BUY MORE AMMO

The 1st indicator is the mass number of High ranking Dems that stepped up and said they would retire this term and not run again, they are political hacks and NWO cronies who know nothing but politics and abuse of power, they have nothing else to do. 2nd is the blatent vilations of national sovrieghnty that have been commited by Nobamas administraion. 3rd appointment of the Council of Governers and the implications that go with that action. 4th the lattitude given to Interpol to operate inside the US and not have to follow the Constitution or observe any of our Constitutiona;l rights such as Habeas Corpus, 4th 5th and 6th amendment protections and the proper order of jurisdictional lines and extradicition treaties and individual states extradition laws.

I wholeheartedly agree. Tenth amendment resolutions are too little, too late. In my state, we have oil, natural gas, refining capacity, agriculture, biotechnology, computer hardware and software manufacturers, nuclear power, world class universities and world class medical centers. What the hell do we need the rest of the U.S. for?

In my opinion, and I've been saying this since I first started coming here, while all of these resolutions are are great on paper, when confronted by federal authorities, they will become meaningless.

We should follow the examples of Croatia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Ukraine, Georgia and the two break away regions of Georgia, as well as a host of other newly formed countries and declare our independence. Then seek recognition by the U.N. (which I actually loathe), and whoever else might be persuaded to recognize us, even if for no other reason than to be a thorn in the side of the U.S. government.

Final: I do not now nor have I ever nor will I ever tolerate Ebonics in my household, while we do not speak the English of England or Europe we do speak, in this house, the English of America, because Rev. Wright we are American's in this house. Rev. Wright was correct about one thing, "different is not defective". Guess what Rev. Wright. Most of America already knows that and lives it everyday. Although it appears the esteemed Rev. Wright has segregated himself and his community to the point that this concept is new to him. I am going to go Rev. Wright one better, different is not defective different is delightful. Rev. Sunday April 28th 2008 the Rev. Jeremiah Wright came to Detroit Michigan to address the Michigan NAACP. He gave a sermon with a very focused message, vote Barack Obama and I am not a racist. Well after listening to his sermon and taking time to absorb his oration, I am astounded at just how insulated Rev. Wright must be, ethnically, socially and culturally or is that just what he aspires for his followers?
Apparently the esteemed Rev. Wright has missed a large part of the world I live in. The world I live in is full of color and individual variances, we have blue, green, pink, red and any other color of hair we have people with a lot of cranial accessories (facial jewelry), we have heterosexuals working alongside homosexuals that do not experience discrimination and vice versa, we have white and black and brown and any color you can image that

Considering how his popularity is plummeting, even amongst Democrats, I suspect that more and more governors will look upon anything he does with suspicion and be slow to buy into to anything he proposes. If he does try and force governors to totally submit to the feds, in effect becoming the equivalent to a county to the federal govt, there will be open revolt amongst many of the states.

When are the people going to do something. Here we have a man who is not a citizen of this country illegally elected to the Presidency. SUPPORT, STRONGLY URGE AND ENCOURAGE ALL THE GOVERNORS TO REAFFIRM THE 9TH & 10TH AMENDMENTS. FEDERAL GOVT=FORCE, ONLY LOOKING FOR MORE POWER OVER THE PEOPLE.
WE MUST BACK ALL OUT GOVERNORS IF THEY MOVE FORWARD ON THESE AMENDMENTS. THE POWER IS SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSEST TO THE PEOPLE IT GOVERNS...IN THE STATES AND ON LOCAL LEVELS. The establishment of a parallel government structure by the executive in the form of the politburo of commissars and now hand-selected 10 governors out of the 50 to over-see the State militae of the 50 States is very concerning.

It ought to concern the Congress, the Supreme Court, and the several States, which are to function as checks against executive power grabs.

It lies presently with them. Our duties as citizens at this point it to alert them and petition for redress in this matter.

Of all the things this is probably one that actually has me worried. I live in a state where they have been and are fighting for sovereignty, but as a nation, this is bad.

Patriots, we must start talking State Secession. We have no other leverage to use to bring fed-gov back in line. Only by the threat of actual secession will Washington finally wise up and see that it has gone too far and must return sovereignty to the States or risk break up of the Union. Talk secession and watch Washington's ear prick up. Talk 10 Amendment Resolutions, and we are only ignored.

I think it is sad that 80% of the people never see the nature of government to the point where they would sacrifice more and more power to it.

The federal and state Constitutions being what they are, I believe that every state that has adopted the American Dental Associations policies that "only a licensed dentist may provide full and/or partial dentures to the public" are acting in an unconstitutional manner. I say that because under the Common Law Right to Earn a Living at ones Chosen Occupation is a God given right. Since there are no empirical reports to prove that denturists and/or the practice of denturitry have ever harmed anyone, how can any state or federal law deny any citizen of his/her right to choose and/or practice the craft, profession, etc. of their choice?

When did the governors of the several states fall into the executive branch of the federal government? And if they aren't in the executive branch, how does an executive order of the federal government apply to them?

Is there any doubt the game plan here people? Considering this is the "Crisis President", can you not see the infrastructure being assembled that will suspend this Constitutional Republic, and bring about a martial law and the suspension of our rights period, maybe even elections?

Any Governor that willingly accepts this appointment should be brought in front of a Citizens Tribunal and charged with Treason Against The People.

I've been searching and can't seem to find where "Executive Orders" were introduced for the creation of new forms of government. Oklahoma will be introducing the (almighty) "State Sovereignty ACT" on Feb 1. (Amongst numerous other States Rights legislation.)
