Professor, my Libertarian son urged me to read your book and I found it to be a true eye-opener. I was especially disturbed by the conduct of the war by Lincoln and his generals, as well as Lincoln’s supression of liberty in the North.

The intellectual battle to re-establish the constitutional right of nullification (& succession) has begun and there is a great need to educate Americans who care about their freedom and their country. The Tenth Amendment Center website is an invaluable resource in this effort.
Thanks for your book and this blog post.

Donald, you’re right – the efforts of this movement are not symbolic. Each step is a step closer towards pushing the federal government in its constitutional box. It’s not going to be easy, but as many prominent founders recommended, this is a proper solution for a government that refuses to follow its constitutional limits.
