Think of the possibility of Barack Obama having to produce a certified copy of his birth certificate to get his Real ID licence. That might prove interesting in light of his resistenance to produce his birth certificate. It turned into a huge hassel because I lost all my papers in Hurricane Katrina but the clerk at the Driving License place would take nothing less than a certified Birth Certificate. Because I am home bound at the moment, I got online and used a service to do this for me. It cost me about 3 times as much as it would if I had gotten it myself but with a little personal information they got me what I needed. This is the only loophole I can see in the present laws. I talked to this service over the phone and could have gotten the information from anywhere. Even though it was a big help to me these type services need to be closed down and that will be enough security to ensure that only American citizen can aquire a Drivers License.
