If the states do not act in the best interest of individuals within the states I want the federal goverment to step in and make corrective action. So I do not support this idea. Thank You.

Hi Jeff,
I am from Houston originally too (!), now in CA. This letter was composed to be a sample only, that anyone may cut and paste and add
as they wished, including any other pending bills or issues they felt they
wished to communicate to their legislators. I wanted to make it as easy as possible and include the email addresses of the legislators. I am working
to create sample letters for all the states that are introducing 10th amendment bills also. I already have, TN, MI, OR, NV.
Maybe we could do together in a similar fashion for the other states.Or if anybody else wants to help, let's do it!
In Liberty

I would suggest, too, that such letters explain the purpose behind the movement and what its advantages are. If the feds usurp their role and take on state responsibilities, then, they tax us for it and spend the money the way they want. The bulk of taxation and spending should be at the local level and not spread across the 50 states. It is much easier to have an effective vote at the state level than it is to have to pit against 48 other U.S. Senators and 500+ U.S. Reps.
