Maybe Oklahoma started a domino effect with its legislation?

Here Missouri's house bill #212 is qoted, which is in reference to abortion, which is an important issue, but I think HCR13 is a more general bill which needs to be supported 1st, then we can duke out the abortion issue amonst ourselves.
