while elections are important parts of our political process, it is the power of ideas that truly shape and set the foundations of nations.
After significant debate, Virginia ratified the Constitution on June 25, 1788. And on June 25th, 2006, the Tenth Amendment Center was founded in an effort to bring those principles of limited, constitutional government back to the public sphere.
Many leading founders advised us to look to state governments whenever 2 or more branches of the federal government were conspiring against the Constitution and your liberty. We feel that time is now.
There’s a quiet but real movement in the states to assert their rights under the 10th Amendment. CNN’s Bill Tucker reports.
