  1. I am looking for state representatives that are active in states rights and nullification of federal mandates. I would like at least one from each state that has passed a tenth amendment resolution. The more the better.
If you can help, I need a phone number so I can get in contact with them.

  2. Ben

I have applied to be the Louisiana coordinator for the 10th Amendment center but yet to have received a response. We have passed sovereignty legislation, SCR-2, which is nothing more than language telling the feds that we acknowledge the 10th Amendment.

    • Tammy

Hey Ben! Good to hear!!!!! I'm in Louisiana as well. :)

  3. Claude

Are there any JBS chapters in Va.

  4. Justin,

I sent you a volunteer form with all of the particulars. Suffice to say, the 10th’s mission needs to get established in Alaska, and I’m going to help you do that.

In fraternity – for the Republic!

    Jon

    • Wooo Hoooo Go Alaska! My Home State! Let me know when you get a Coordintor I'll send my family your way!

      • CCinHoliday

Hi – I just found this website and am delighted. This is a perfect solution to handle the Fed Gov. Wanted to get in touch with you because I am originally from Alaska too and now live in Holiday, FL – though I'd rather be back in Alaska! And hope to be in the next year or two.

        • Hi Alaska!
I'm not sure how to go about the program "Intense Debate" (where I got your reply). Please contact me via my email bonita.colley@tenthamendmentcenter.com
I hear you on going home! I have long history in Alaska. My grandfather surveyed roads in Anchorage before it became much of a town. We homesteaded in Nebesna Valley. Really would love chatting with you!

    • marg

I'm in AK. Is there anything I can do to help?

  5. Apologies, my website is freerangepatriots.ning.com

  6. Hello, my name is Gino DiSimone and I am running for Governor of Nevada. How can I assist?
    Sincerely,

  7. Have any of you all noticed any discussion in regards to Kentucky. I'm currently slaving away in medical school and do not have any time at the moment to involve myself 100% physically. If nothing has happened by summer break, then I plan on using that two months to get things moving along for 10th support in KY.

    • Yes~ We have representatives that introduced two sovereignty resolutions. HCR 10 and HCR 11. All pieces of legislation dealing with sovereigty in our state have been held up in committee by Committee Chair Non-representative Darryl Owens of Louisville. He refused to speak to any citizens who wished to talk to him on this matter last week and even ran away and hid as they attempted to engage him in civil conversation. There is a video of this on youtube but I don't have the link handy right now.
Just yesterday, a group of 50-60 of us attended a session of the house in which our Rep Stan Lee of Lexington attempted to bring a vote on the house floor to bring the resolution out of committee but was blocked by the non-rep from Elliott County (didn't catch his name). We still have a couple of ideas on getting this out of committee for next week.
We will be back in our state capitol Monday for another round. Meet in the annex cafeteria at 3pm to join with us!

  8. CavScout

South Carolina pass the sovereignty bill yesterday and it is very in depth.

  9. If I am elected to the Georgia House District for the 95th District I pledge to work to advance the power of the 10th Amendment.

  10. kentuckian

update your site. kentucky did this in the 1700's.

    • did what? There was a Kentucky chapter of TenthAmendmentCenter.com before electricity? What an odd comment.

  11. Anything going on in Vermont yet? How do we get it going?

  12. See an article soon be published in Vegetables West, a leading commercial agricultural periodical come its May, 2010 edition. We believe the Water For Fighting California Ballot Initiative cited herein shall be the sovereignty resolution become law for California once it has passed.

To learn more about this NATIONAL plebiscite ballot initiative, please visit the California Watershed Posse website at: http://www.waterforfighting.org.

    • Brenda

Hi Terryga54. I'm Brenda. I'm here in liberal California. What can we do? I can be reached at usaimef@aol.com

  13. Bill

just sent in the volunteer form to coordinate an effort in Maine. If someone else is already doing this, please post here. If I don't hear back in a couple of days, I'll post email and contact information here. I plan to be at the state house tomorrow.
    Bill

  14. Leanne

    How about Michigan?

    • Joshua

I live in michigan too. Im not a Rep (wish i was) but i will help what ever i can.

    • Jason

I am also in Michigan and would gladly help in any way possible.

  15. save our country

Any thing in Minnestoa? I believe there has been legislation introduced but map shows either stalled or non existent. We need help here in this very liberal state.

  16. Frank Davidson

We here in Missouri have Rep Jane Cunningham along with others who have passed a tenth amendment bill in the Missouri House very much like those in other states and we await action from our senate. We have a Dem Gov and also state Attorney Gen. What process is there to force them to represent we the people of Missouri?

  17. Patty

Is there anything is Wisconsin, also a very liberal state…..

  18. 13 states have now filed
suit against the heath care bill saying it is unconstitutional. Where is NH? We are on the list too, but so far nothing. Please contact Sen. Gregg
    (202) 224-3324 and
encourage him to stand with the citizens of NH. Also please contact
    your state reps. http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/senate/senatememb

  19. My name is Jonathan Jenkins and I am a candidate for the Pennsylvania state house.

Besides property tax elimination my primary reason is because the RINO I am challenging in the primary never sides with the citizens or the state constitution.

Even just last year he REFUSED to sign the 10th Amendment resolution in the house. He did so because he supports the card-check like / pro-union stances and thus feels he must side with them first and foremost.

I need your help. We are crafting legislation now but want the best mix of what is out there already. We could use advice and examples from what has been presented in other states ASAP.

Please email me any legislation and thoughts you have to help us in PA.

    Semper Fi,

    Jonathan

  20. Brenda

I'm from California. Is there anyone out there trying to do this from here. if there is a leader here please let me know who and how to reach them.

  21. Deb

    any in NY?

  22. Sherry

    Are there any in Minnesota?

  23. Grace Larson

    Anyone in Montana ?

  24. Lynne

    Anyone in Massachusetts yet?

  25. P. M.

I'm in Louisiana. Is anyone active in this state? If so, please contact me.

  26. KenCoston

I’m in Western Montana and looking for a group or folks interested in getting something rolling. The Firearms Freedom Act was a good start let’s keep it going!

  27. Greg

Need some help in Nevada to get the ball rolling. Anyone in Nevada with contact info? Thank you.

  28. Nothing in Kansas yet. Can someone help me get set up here? I belong to the Kansas Sovereignty Coalition and several other grassroots organizations that are fighting for sovereignty and health care. We did get the senate and house to pass the concurrent resolution for sovereignty, but have not succeeded with the health care freedom amendment yet. Please email me at southerndrawlcountry@yahoo.com for phone numbers.

I am so glad to see movements like these to gain our freedoms back from the government. This has been going on too long and the federal government needs to butt out of our business.

  29. stirling

..on the Olympic Peninsula. Holding a meeting 04-17-2010 at 1400 pst. Have room for 20. Able to relocate if more show. Write for info.

  30. guest

anything being considered in Central/Eastern WA, (like, Yakima County) a liberal sanctuary state? the gov here does not like AZ's new law. sucks to be her. Go, Jan Brewer!

  31. For example; by law, our governbment cannot invest its money for profit and compete with free e4nterprise. As for universial health care, the same holds true. Article 1 Section 8
"Socialism is the philosophy of failue, the creed of ignorane, and the gospel of envy". Winston Churchilol

What we have in government today. A true Liberal is a Socialist wqho believes government control is the best form of government. in all braches of government..Judicial Activism. The Warren Court.. In May 1969 the Congressional Quarterly called Warren Court "the most activist and controversial one in the nations history. Does the court legislates- "of course the high Court makes law. The cour has becoame political. We call it rubber stamping.

  32. Annie

It's May 27, 2010 – if you're registered to vote in Ohio, or you're wiling to give The Ohio Project a "plug" in any of your own internet groups, please learn about Ohio's attempt to get rid of that federal mandate to purchase a health care insurance policy:http://www.theohioproject.com

We're under a pretty challenging deadline to collect over 400,000 signatures, with only about a month left, and we could really use the advertising out there, in hopes that every Ohioan would know that they can help!

Thanks – I think I'm in welcome territory here; could use the inspiration of those states that already passed such measures in their legislatures (i.e., Idaho, Virginia,…).

    — Annie, in Ohio
