Turdzilla, may I call you Turd? The so-called "private" insurance companies you villify were lumped into a government-controlled insurance exchange in a piece of sh...legislation in the 1970s known as the HMO Act. It enjoyed massive bi-partisan support, with its biggest advocate in the Senate being the late Ted Kennedy (may God have mercy on his soul), and signed into law by the late Richard Nixon (may God have mercy on his soul). After the HMO Act, there was very little left that was truly "private" about the health insurance industry.

p.s. Medicare, which is government owned, has higher rates of declining care than the "private" insurers, which are privately owned/government controlled. I find your blatant attempts to deceive to be rather unamerican.

Keep in mind, Jody Pritchard - the Ohio initiative, like the one that passed in Missouri, is FAR different than at the link above. MO and OH are seeking to ban primarily MANDATES, which is a good first step. the Federal health care nullification act rejects the ENTIRE Obamacare bill - every single word of it. Not just the mandate. Kudos to Ohio on step 1. Get that thing passed next week, and then we can push the next step...
