Ever since JFK was assassinated and we went to war in Vietnam its been non-stop violence from this country because halliburton and other war machines wanted to make money. These people are NOT OUR GOVERNMENT but they buy politicians. THEY ARE CAPABLE OF KILLING USA CITIZENS FOR PROFIT in GUISE OF POLITICIANS/CIVILIANS/MILITARY AND SCIENTISTS AS JFK STATED!

These people don’t care about you..me..no one except for family and friends. The rest of us are mere “peasants” like in the feudal days. We are serfs…but we get to CHOOSE which King/Queen aka COMPANY we work for SLAVE MINIMUM WAGE while they make RECORD PROFITS yet can’t seem to give the bottom part of the company..the ones WHO MAKE THEIR GOODS raises? and say they don’t deserve it? without them their would be no work, without you their would be no company..therefor BOTH DESERVE EQUAL RAISES!

Judge Napolitano is light about the subject. This is TREASON in america…i’ll be the first one to say it. I have no family, friends or kids to worry about so i’m not scared to speak the truth. Our GOVERNMENT IS NOT OUR GOVERNMENT…they are CORPORATELY BOUGHT! Quite frankly as citizens and the few GOOD politicians that are left need to ARREST all these people..TRY all these people in the court of law for TREASON…If they EVER try not to follow the CONSTITUTION IT IS TREASON!

JFK warned to us in speeches of the true threat to the USA is secret societies that want to take away our rights, they will disguise themselves as politicians/scientists/civilians/military. Then said we wouldn’t go to war in Vietnam *which we all know now the Gulf of Tonkin was a lie, admittly by our own government took them 40 years to admit* Then as soon as JFK was “assassinated” His Vice President decided “we are going to war” weeks after the death.

Sandy Duncan; Crimes ( and there are MANY) that have been committed in the name of America throughout the history of America cannot rightly be lain in blame against that which is truely America nor on the American people’s soul.
True murderous criminals having committed in the name of America that which are atrocities against the innocents & innocence of other nations, their soverignty and safety does not in any way nullify the soverignty nor innocence of that which are are truely the American people, their souls, their innocence, and their earnest efforts in seeking to establish,maintain and extend that which is a heartfelt, merciful tranquility ( a complete and peaceful, cheerful absence of angry behaviour) throuhout their Domicile.
Do not make the poor fools mistake of believing that the American people have in any way nullified even in as much as in the smallest iota either their soverignty nor their right to that soverignty nor has any other nation / identity of innocence nullified theirs because of what murderous criminals have committed in the name of the innocents
It’s been again like the problem of the Apache killiing Commanche people with arrows that have upon them Cherokee markings to leave the Cherokee to blame even though the Cherokee were not even there at the killing.
Once again the spirit of murder has proven that it is far more dangerous in it’s subtlety than it is in it’s outright brutality. It has again set innnocents against other innocents that had not yet the time to truely learn of the innocent difference between them before the spirit of murder did commit atrocities between them as though they themselves, leaving wrongful blame and war between the the innocents.

@SandyDuncan Thanks Sandy for your opinion on morality and the lack of consideration politicians have by waving your sentiment in the defense of the nation they are elected and appointed to represent.

Offensive or defensive acts of violence against another human can never be defined accurately through the sentiment of morality, but only used as a tool in the promotion of purpose that serves and benefits the greater good in compliance to the purpose in the promotion of nations own sovereignty.

I have yet to discover any Public law or International agreement that would define your claim that the US Government acted illegally contrary to its constitution and outside its jurisdictions in the defense of its nation and populace in alignment to and of its purpose. (Preamble to the US Constitution).

There is no dispute to be made that an invasion into another country violates that countries policy of sovereignty, just as international sanctions against a country may also violate its own sovereign purpose.

The promotion or the acts of violence in and of them self violate human decency. Again no argument can be made to moralize these actions. The only justification for violence towards the threat is in the defense from harm, death and destruction the threat purposes and enjoins to perpetuate..

Although I align to your sentiment, the necessity of violence far outweighs the morality of its use.

@edensasp The U.S. government acting outside of its jurisdiction does so illegally. It violates the sovereignty of the jurisdictions it invades. In so doing it forfeits the right to sovereignty. More importantly, it violates human decency. No constitution or congress or majority can authorize or make that moral.
