If a TSA agent intends to perform a body search without probable cause, is there any reason the subject couldn’t call the local authorities on the spot and report a crime in progress and make them file a report?

Finding that TSA works are sex offenders is a step in the right direction, but something must be done about those that defined the regulations in the first place. If in fact the TSA workers are committing crimes, and it can be surely proven that they are acting based on requirements of regulations, then those individuals involved with enacting, approving or implementing the regulation are guilty of organized crime! They should be prosecuted under the Rico act! That should include all evolve elected officials.

Not just because of the TSA searches, but we have a more restrictive Federal government with fewer freedoms than under British rule that led to the Boston Tea Party!

Even the conservative Republican Mark Pence wouldn't go so far to say that Obama's deployment of US armed forces to Libya without Congressional approval was unConstitutional!

Does anyone in Washington still believe in upholding the Constitution?

because its a government sanctioned office, the TSA will never be held accountable for the laws being broken. which sucks and means it'll continue and get worse. therefore I say let them touch my wife or kids and they'll have a seriously pissed off army ranger on their heads, jail or no jail!

The only other thing I can think of that people can possibly do is take down the names of the offenders and file a mass sexual law suite against the lot of them. Put them in the same prisons all other people are placed into and have them have to file as Sexual offenders for the rest of their lives as Federal Offenders. They are not above the Law!
