The only two things that California is 'nullifying' are the pot laws and illegal immigration laws. While they are doing that they are being regulated to death by the Kalifornia Cap and Trade Law that Arnold had passed, sales tax laws on internet goods, and a bunch of other new regulations and 'fees' put on licenses of all sorts. So while you are sitting in your pot smoke filled room and reveling in your latest THC induced high, the government will be threatening shutting down all of the state parks and rest areas along the interstate roads in order to scare the Kalifornia citizens into accepting more new taxes to fill their coffers and their pockets.

The latest abuse of the Liberal/Progressive Legislature is to allow the illegal alien residents to get state aid for higher education. This latest foray into socialism is just the first round of another attempt to legalize the illegals, and all while the state is suffering with cuts into a lot of programs that actually help citizens. The expected cost of the program is supposed to be 20-40 million dollars, but the state will be flooded with a bunch more of illegals that will forge documents to prove they went to high school in the state.

Kalifornia used to be a great place to live. Now they are always coming up with a new fee or handing out another parking or broken tail light ticket so they can fund more and more social programs.
