Well what I have to say is not exactly satire, but I surly wish it was.

I hear that this new healthcare bull of congress has been impregnated with this particular word “shall” more then 3,400 times.

That’s an awful lot of (compulsory’s) people.

Great point, Terry. And no doubt this is hilarious, but frightening at the same time. Some amazing insight into the dangers and realities of the growth of government….as applicable today as it was then.

Perhaps he should have added that states and local governments would be granted authority to handle their own affairs at the discretion and good pleasure of the president. But, of course, that would have been redundant.

But whatever. I'd be laughing right now if it all weren't so true. And serious.
