		<description><![CDATA[Larry, regarding the rights of children born into the Obama/Reid/Pelosi/Hoyer/Waxman world, as they say, it takes a village. In North Korea, children are considered property of the state, not individuals, and not part of a human family. I&#039;m sure this is how Comrade (um, I mean, Speaker) Pelosi would interpret this as well.  ]]></description>
