		<description><![CDATA[The host obviously hasn&#039;t read HR 3200. If he had, he would see that no new private policies would be allowed after Y1 and no changes in people&#039;s policies would be allowed after Y1. But that&#039;s another issue.

What I really wish the Senator had addressed was that false idea that congress can simply pass whatever laws it feels promote the general welfare. If the constitution can be interpreted that broadly, then there is effectively no limit as to what the feds can do!]]></description>
